The study determines level of preparedness and performances of the student nurses in flex-on learning. It utilized a quantiative-desrciptive method through researcher-made questionnaires using Google form. Cronbach's alpha used to test the reliability. Pearson's correlation utilized to determine the relationship between two variables. Student nurses' levels of preparedness and performance along spirtual aspect were highgly prepared and performed. Overall, Both variables was done moderately. Therefore, the student nurses's degree of preparedness and perofmances increased interms of their different aspects. There was a statistically significant relationship within the variables. Their willingness was recommended as a crucial factor for a successlful teaching & learning.
