Coronavirus ((COVID-19) disease has affected the flow of the community and the welfare of many. A few of the sectors that the virus dramatically inflicted are the Philippine National Police and Armed Forces of the Philippines. The researh aimed to investigate their lived experiences that would help them be more effective in the line of duty by addressing their need to Local Goverment Unit (LGU) and National Government and to develop specific recommendations amidst the pandemic. The study utilized a phenomenological approach, a descriptive qualitative design aimed to collect information from the life experiences of the Philippine National and Armed Forces of the Philippines. Te researchers utilized an individual in-depth semi-structured interview guide to document, communicate, and collate the participants' necessary information. Findengs were drawn from the participants' responses. These include participants experiencing loneliness from being isolated from their families; fear of acquiring the COVID-19 virus; sleep-deprived from demanding schedules; and verbally abused for implementing health and quarantine protocols. The participants were also prone to contracting disease because of overwhelming stress, inadequate rest periods, and exposure to the virus. There is a need for medical experts in the field to work alongside the PNP and AFP. Despite the downsides of their duty, it is also drawn that self-fulfillment was evident; a healthy spiritual life contributes to their confidence and inner peace in battling the pandemic and that the Local Government Unit and the National Government have provided the uniformed personnel with compensation and benifits commensurate to their service.
