The study gives knowledge on how to meaintain the social and mental health of the radiologic technologists who contacted with COVID-19 patients. The quantitative-descriptive study used questionnaire and descriptive-comprative deisgn to describe their challenges. The radiologic technologist of St. Martin de Porres Hospital and Ilocos Training and Regional Medical Center has the same practices to maintain their mental and social health. This lessens their burdens. Sleep helped them in their mental health.
